Welcome to the Partner Service Desk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we now require all requests to be completed on the new Partner Service Desk! Every support request is assigned a unique authorisation reference number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. 

Your Website Design Partner should have already requested a login for you, for the Partner Service Desk. If you haven't received an activation email, please speak with them in the first instance to ensure they have registered you. As without prior notification from your Website Design Partner, we cannot fulfil any requests as we need to obtain your Active Maintenance Plan information from them to ensure you are not billed for any requests.
